The requirements of this subchapter apply to owners or operators who store munitions and explosive hazardous wastes, except as section 11-264-1 provides otherwise. (NOTE: Depending on explosive hazards, hazardous waste munitions and explosives may also be managed in other types of storage units, including containment buildings (chapter 11-264, subchapter DD) , tanks (chapter 11-264, subchapter J), or containers (chapter 11-264, subchapter I); See Section 11-266-205 for storage of waste military munitions).
