This subchapter establishes requirements applicable to exports of hazardous waste. Except to the extent section 11-262-58 provides otherwise, a primary exporter of hazardous waste must comply with the special requirements of this subchapter and a transporter transporting hazardous waste for export must comply with applicable requirements of chapter 11-263.
