Section 11-26-13 - Flies; reuse of animal farm wastes(a) No person, firm, or corporation shall use untreated animal or poultry farm wastes for soil enrichment unless the same wastes are managed to prevent fly breeding by an approved pest management method.(b) No animal or poultry farm waste, vegetable refuse, night soil, or garbage of any nature, which is dangerous to the public health, shall be used for grading or filling any lot, parcel, or other tract of land except for sanitary landfills approved by the director.[Eff. 9/18/81; comp 8/10/00] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-10, 321-11) (Imp: HRS § 321-11)
