Section 11-23-21 - Inspection and entry The director shall have the right:
(1) To enter premises on which any injection well system is located;(2) To inspect any equipment, Operation, or sampling of any injection well system;(3) To take effluent samples from any injection well System; and(4) To have access to and copy any record required to be kept pursuant to this chapter.
