Section 11-178-17 - Renewal of a certificate of registration(a) For a renewal of a certificate of registration, the application shall be submitted ninety days prior to expiration of the current certificate of registration.(b) Upon inspection and determination by the department that the clean and sober home has met the registry standards pursuant to § 11-178-7, a certificate of registration shall be re-issued for a period of two years.[Eff 3/1/2019] (Auth: HRS § 321-196) (Imp: HP.3 § 321-193.7)
