Section 11-175-37 - Right of authorized absence

Psychiatric facilities and residential treatment facilities shall grant consumers authorized absence upon terms and conditions to be determined by the facility administrator for reasons such as, but not limited to personal business, family emergencies, visits, and trial periods of living in the community.
