Section 11-160-43.09 - Renewals(a) A registration card issued to a qualifying out-of-state patient or a caregiver of a qualifying out-of-state patient may be renewed, on forms and in a manner prescribed by the department, by meeting the requirements of section 11-160-43.01.(b) The department shall process renewal applications in the same manner as specified in sections 11-160-43.01 to 11-160-43.05.Haw.
