Section 11-160-35 - Renewals(a) A registration card issued to a qualifying patient or primary caregiver may be renewed, on forms and in a manner prescribed by the department, by meeting the requirements of subchapter 4.(b) The department shall process renewal applications in the same manner as specified in subchapter 4.(c) A qualifying patient or primary caregiver shall initiate an application for a renewal of a registration no earlier than sixty days before the expiration date of the current registration.Eff 7/18/2015 (Auth: HRS § 321-9) (Imp: HRS §§ 329-122, 329-123)
