Applications for residential, agricultural, or pastoral lot leases shall be made on forms provided by the department and shall be made under oath. Deliberate falsification of a material fact on an application form shall be grounds for removal of the applicant's name from the waiting list, or cancellation of any lease awarded the applicant, and may subject the applicant to prosecution for perjury.
