Section 10-2-42 - Chairman to sign for department

The chairman shall approve and sign all vouchers and assignment of funds to be received under pineapple or grazing contracts. After approval of the commission, chairman shall sign all licenses, leases, loan contracts, assignments of pineapple and grazing contracts, contracts with other governmental agencies and commission resolutions.
