Rule 80-7-2-.01 - Definitions(1) Unless further defined herein, definitions contained in Chapter 1 of Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia, shall be applicable to this Rule chapter.(2) Definitions contained herein shall be applicable to O.C.G.A. §§ 7-1-730 through 7-1-734 and this Rule chapter. (a) "Parent Organization" shall mean the corporate entity containing any IBF located in this State and any affiliate of such entity.(b) "IBF" shall mean a "Domestic International Banking Facility."(c) "Temporary Advances" shall mean credit balances which bear interest.Ga.
