Rule 80-6-1-.06 - Public Information

Applications and registration statements filed with the Department and documents submitted to the Department in connection with such filings shall be public information, subject to Rule 80-1-11-.01. Requests for confidential treatment shall be subject to review by the Department. Comments received pursuant to Rule 80-6-1-.05 shall be public information.
