Specific requirements for documents, meetings with the Department and publication of notices are contained in the Guidelines for Chartering a Merchant Acquirer Limited Purpose Bank of the Department. The Department can amend its Guidelines for Chartering a Merchant Acquirer Limited Purpose Bank at any time. In the event the Department amends the Guidelines for Chartering a Merchant Acquirer Limited Purpose Bank while an application is pending, the applicant will amend its application in order to submit any additional information or documentation that the amendment may require.
