Rule 750-4-.02 - Application for CertificateA qualified applicant may apply for a certification by submission to the Board of a completed application and non-refundable application fee.
No application for certification will be considered by the board for approval without documented evidence that all of the following certification requirements have been met:
(a) passage of the appropriate examination;(b) documentation of education, in accordance with Board Rule 750-3-.04(1);(c) completion of the required course(s), in accordance with Board Rule 750-3-.04(2);(d) completion of the required experience, in accordance with Board Rule 750-3-.04(3).Ga.
