Rule 682-2-.01 - Organization of Division(1) The Joint Secretary of the State Examining Boards shall be the secretary to the Division.(2) A simple majority of the division members shall constitute a quorum for duly called division meetings. Official division action can be taken by a simple majority vote of the members present at a duly called meeting where a quorum exists.(3) The public may obtain information and all necessary application forms from: State Board of Registration of Used Motor Vehicle
