Rule 665-2-9-.01 - Use(1) Partial, progressive or multiple awards may be made where it is advantageous to the state.(2) Notwithstanding the necessity for awards to more than one supplier in the case of some indefinite quantity contracts, such awards shall be limited to the number of suppliers deemed necessary to reasonably satisfy the intended requirements.
