Rule 616-1-2-.36 - Mediation(1) The Court has established a mediation process to provide a speedy and efficient resolution of disputes. The Uniform Rules for Dispute Resolution Programs adopted by the Georgia Supreme Court that are applicable to contested civil actions shall be followed.(2) Any party may file a written request for mediation with the Court.Ga.
