Rule 616-1-2-.29 - Remands(1) The Court, at its discretion or upon motion of a party, may remand any pending case to the agency.(2) In exercising discretion relating to the remand of a pending case, the Court shall consider (a) the possible delay created by a remand and its impact upon the parties;(b) the likelihood that a remand could cause a change in the position taken by the agency whose action is being reviewed; and(c) the need for the peculiar expertise and experience of the agency in ensuring a just and orderly administrative process.Ga.
