Rule 609-9-.01 - Reactivation of License from Inactive StatusEffective June 1, 2011, license holders can no longer place their license on inactive status.
(a) An inactive license may be reactivated upon written application to reinstate, submission of the appropriate fee and compliance with the conditions of Board Rule 609-8-.03(3).(b) The Board at its sole discretion reserves the right to investigate any and all requests for reactivation and to refuse to reactivate or reinstate, or to set conditions on the reactivation beyond these outlined above as the Board deems appropriate.Ga.
