Rule 600-5-2-.07 - The Criteria for the Award of the Grant(1) The RC&D must have non-profit status.(2) Application must be approved by the local soil and water conservation district and the county unit of government.(3) No more than 1 hydrant per 3 miles square will be approved.(4) A water source survey and a location map of anticipated hydrant installation sites must be completed prior to approval of any application.Ga.
