Rule 60-2-1-.37 - Conflict

In case of conflict between this Chapter and O.C.G.A. § 10-1-780et seq., the Georgia Lemon Law, as enacted on May 14, 2008, the definitions and provisions contained in O.C.G.A. § 10-1-780et seq. shall prevail.
