Rule 591-1-1-.28 - Prohibited Substances(1) Alcohol and Illegal Drugs. Staff, chaperones and Students-in-Training shall not be under the influence of or consume alcohol, marijuana or other controlled substances on the Center premises during the hours of operation or at any other time or place where there are children present for whom the Center Staff is responsible.(2) No Smoking. Smoking is prohibited on the premises of a Center during the hours of operation. Smoking is also prohibited in any vehicle used to transport children during the hours that the Center is in operation.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 591-1-1-.28
