Rule 590-3-7-.15 - Withdrawal of Request for Hearing; Settlement(1) The party requesting the hearing may withdraw a request for hearing at any time, whereupon the Hearing Officer may enter an order dismissing the matter.(2) The parties may, at any time, present to the Hearing Officer, a proposed settlement proposal. Upon receipt of such a proposal, the Hearing Officer may accept or reject such proposal.(3) Nothing herein shall preclude the Secretary of State from resolving, in his or her sole discretion, any contested case by consent order or other appropriate action.Ga.
