Rule 590-3-3-.02 - Reports Subsequent to Effective RegistrationEach cemetery owner required to register with the Secretary of State shall file an annual report in a form specified by the Secretary of State.
(1) The report shall be deemed to be timely filed if it is either:(a) received in the office of the Division of Securities and Business Regulation during business hours not later than March 31 of each calendar year, or(b) if it is mailed certified mail, return-receipt requested and post-marked not later than March 31 of each calendar year.(2) The report must include all supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a calendar year end bank statement. In the event the trustee is a financial institution, the calendar year end bank statement shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary of State by such institution. All other required documentation shall be filed by the cemetery owner.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-3-3-.02
