Rule 590-3-2-.01 - Preneed Sales Agents(1) The registration of a preneed sales agent shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from its date of effectiveness as stated on the preneed sales agent permit issued by the Secretary of State.(2) The registration must be renewed on or before the expiration date each year by the submission of a renewal application to the Secretary of State along with the payment of the renewal fee of $50.00.Ga.
