Repealed: New Rule entitled "The Method to Be Used to Set Average Miles Per Gallon for the Purpose of Computing Fuel Consumption in Georgia Where the Motor Carriers' Records or Reports Do Not Contain Satisfactory Evidence to Substantiate the Actual Rate" adopted.
