Rule 560-11-9-.06 - Transporting Mobile Homes(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to move or transport any mobile home which is required to and which does not have attached and displayed thereon the mobile home decal required by O.C.G.A. Section 48-5-492.(2) Any person who violates Section 1 of this regulation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be prosecuted as provided in O.C.G.A. Section 48-5-493.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
