Rule 560-10-30-.02 - Cost to and Indemnity of Department; Use of Certificate of Title and Registration Records - General(1) The cost of electronic access to the Department's Motor Vehicle Division certificate of title and registration records and/or portions thereof shall be determined by the Department.(2) Remittance of the invoice amount due to the Department for use of the Department's data shall be paid no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay the total amount due may, among other things, result in suspension of the license and denial of access to data.(3) Based upon the use of information provided by the Department, all applicants shall be responsible to the Department for all injury or damage of any kind to the Department as a result of any negligent act, omission, breach, failure, or default.Ga.
