Rule 515-7-5-.04 - Creation of Universal Service Fund(1) A universal service fund for each electing distribution company shall be created by the Georgia Public Service Commission, which shall designate for this purpose any state or federally chartered bank, trust company, or savings and loan association located in the state of Georgia.(2) All monies placed in a universal service fund created for an electing distribution company shall be deposited in a separate interest bearing escrow account kept at the Commission designated bank.Ga.
