Unless a different meaning is required by the context, the following terms as used in these Rules shall have the meaning hereinafter respectively ascribed to same:
(a) "Department" means the Georgia Department of Public Health.(b) "Venereal Disease" is any case of syphilis, gonorrhea or chancroid.(c) "Case of Venereal Disease" is any person diagnosed as having a venereal disease.(d) "Test" is any laboratory procedure conducted for the purpose of aiding in the discovery or diagnosis of a venereal disease.(e) "Reactive or Positive Test" means any laboratory result suggesting the presence of venereal disease.Ga.
