Rule 464-5-.16 - Failure to Comply

The Council shall deny certifica­tion to any school which fails to comply with the certification provi­sions of this Chapter. The Council may suspend, revoke, place on probation, reprimand or refuse to renew certification of any school at any time, which fails to maintain the qualifications provided for in this Chapter.
