Rule 413-9-1-.04 - Fund Availability(1) Funding appropriated or otherwise made available to the One Georgia Authority will be made available through a process that will be announced through the notices of fund availability (NOFAs). Such NOFAs will be published on the Authority's website and the Department of Community Affairs' website and at the discretion of the Authority, may also be mailed to eligible applicants, or applicant associations and/or advertised in certain local or state publications.(2) The OneGeorgia Authority's NOFA will establish submission guidelines. Applications will be evaluated based on NOFA guidelines and criteria provided in Section 413-9-1-.09 of these Rules.(3) Eligible applicants must apply for assistance under this program in a format and manner prescribed by the Authority.
