Rule 40-9-7-.01 - Licenses(1) Any person using the State Farmers' Market for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any items on the premises must be licensed by the Commissioner of Agriculture.(2) Employees and agents of farmers and dealers selling produce in the open shed areas must be licensed by the Commissioner of Agriculture.Ga.
