Rule 40-7-4-.20 - Other Products Processed at the Crab Plant after the Operating Season(1) Other products which are received into the crab plant for further processing such as conch, and other crustacea shall be processed in accordance with good general manufacturing practices. (a) The processor shall meet all the requirements for plant design and sanitation set forth in Chapter 40-7-1 General Regulations, Georgia Department of Agriculture.(b) The processor shall have an approved written process schedule which includes all cooking and/or pasteurization procedures for all products which are processed at the plant. 1. A copy of the written process schedule shall be on file with the department and any deviation or departure from this process will require a new written process schedule.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs.
