Rule 40-31-3-.07 - Additional Monitoring Requirements(1) Upon written request by the Commissioner, a landowner must collect and analyze soil, surface water, groundwater, stored soil amendment, or other samples in a manner and frequency specified by the Department.(2) Upon written request by the Commissioner, a landowner must perform or contract for ambient monitoring of surface water or groundwater.Ga.
