Rule 391-5-1-.08 - Citizen Support Organizations(1) The department is authorized to enter into agreements with citizen support organizations to promote, through financial and other means, the purposes of the State Parks and Historic Sites System.(2) The director may terminate any operating agreement with a citizen support organization by written notice after a determination that the organization is in violation of federal, state, or local laws or regulations or the terms of its operating agreement, or the organization has ceased to promote the purposes of the division or the best interests of the state. After such termination or suspension by the director, the organization shall cease to hold itself out as a citizen support organization for the department.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 391-5-1-.08
