Rule 391-1-8-.02 - Applicability and Scope of these Rules(1) The Rules in this Chapter shall govern all requests to change the dedicated use or uses of all or part of a Heritage Preserve.(2) The Rules in this Chapter shall govern all requests by a local government to acquire fee simple title to a Heritage Preserve.Ga.
