Rule 375-5-6-.28 - Inspection, Investigations, and Program Monitoring(1) The Department is authorized to inspect, monitor, and investigate Programs to determine compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Department.(2) Program Owners, Instructors, staff, and any agents, shall cooperate with any inspection or investigation by the Department and shall immediately provide any information reasonably requested by the Department.(3) Programs shall be notified of deficiencies in writing and advised of the target deadline for remediation.Ga.
