Rule 375-5-6-.24 - Confidentiality of Records

All Program records that identify any Student or prospective Student by name or inference shall be maintained as confidential and shall not be released to any person, other than the Department, without the written consent of the Student/prospective Student, upon court order, or as otherwise required by law.
