Rule 375-5-5-.04 - Qualifications for Issuance of a For-hire License Endorsement(1) For-hire license endorsement applicants must be at least 18 years of age.(2) Applicants must possess a valid Georgia driver's license.(3) Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 40-5-39.(4) Must be a U.S. citizen or submit proof of lawful status.Ga.
