Rule 375-5-3-.12 - Name of School(1) No commercial driver training school will be permitted to use, adopt, or conduct any business under any name that is like, or deceptively similar to any name used by any other commercial driver training school without the prior approval of the Department.(2) A commercial driver training school shall not use the word "State" in any part of the school name.Ga.
