Rule 375-5-2-.23 - Complaints(1) All complaints by any individual, partnership, group, corporation or association against any individual, partnership, group, corporation or association relating to driver training schools, limited driver training schools, driver training instructors, or these rules and regulations, must be in writing and signed by the complainant.(2) The Department or its authorized representative may ask the complainant to sign a sworn statement indicating the nature of the complaint and the identity of the complainant.(3) The acceptance or the use of any statement by the Department shall not be deemed an acknowledgement, admission or charge by the Department of the matters contained in the statement.Ga.
