Rule 375-5-1-.18 - Complaints(1) All complaints by an individual, partnership, group, corporation or association against any individual, partnership, group, corporation or association relating to driver improvement clinics or driver improvement instructors must be in writing and signed by the complainant.(2) The Department or its authorized representative may ask the complainant to sign a sworn statement indicating the nature of the complaint and the identity of the complainant.Ga.
