Rule 360-38-.01 - Definitions(1) 'Board' means the Georgia Composite Medical Board. (2) 'PDMP' means the Georgia Prescription Drug Monitoring Program database.(3) 'Physician' means an individual licensed to practice medicine pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 34 of Title 43. (4) 'Prescriber' means an individual who maintains an active DEA registration to prescribe Schedule Il, Ill, IV or V controlled substances. (5) 'Controlled medication' means a medication listed in paragraph (l) or (2) of Code Section 16-13-26 or benzodiazepines.Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 360-38-.01
