Rule 360-31-.08 - Inactive Status(1) A licensee who does not intend to practice orthotics and/or prosthetics may apply to the Board for inactive status by submitting an application and the fee. An individual with an inactive license shall not practice prosthetics or orthotics in this State.(2) In order to restore a license to practice orthotics and/or prosthetics, an applicant must complete an application and pay the current renewal fee and file proof acceptable to the Board of his or her fitness to have his or her license restored as provided in Rule 360-31-.06.Ga.
