Rule 360-27-.01 - Definitions(1) Board means the Georgia Composite Medical Board.(2) Declaration of the patients' rights means the notice found in Rule 360-27-.02(2).(3) Grievance means a complaint filed by a complainant concerning a physician, his/her treatment or his/her staff or office.(4) Complainant means a patient or other interested party filing a grievance.Ga.
