Rule 360-2-.03 - Temporary LicensesTemporary licenses may be issued to an applicant at the discretion of the Executive Director, with the approval of the Chairperson of the Board. Such licenses shall have the effect of a permanent license until the next regular Board meeting, when the temporary license shall become void. The temporary license fee shall be designated in the fee schedule.
