Rule 350-4-.07 - Informal Disposition; Settlement(1) Informal disposition may be made of any contested case by stipulation, written agreement, or consent order.(2) The parties may agree to settle the matters in dispute at any time prior to the issuance of the Administrative Law Judge's decision, whereupon the Administrative Law Judge shall dismiss the matter forthwith.Ga.
