Rule 300-9-2-.01 - Rights, Powers, and Responsibilities(1) For the purposes of O.C.G.A. Section 34-7-6(b), co-employers and their employees shall be considered employees of the professional employer organization ("PEO") so as to participate in the PEO's group life, accident and sickness, disability income, worker's compensation, and other types of insurance coverage; retirement plans; and other types of employee benefits.Ga.
