Any employer of a minor or establishment where a minor is employed shall post and maintain, in places readily accessible to employees, printed statements concerning the regulation of employment of minors as the Commissioner of Labor may prescribe. Copies of any such statements shall be made available, free of charge, on the Georgia Department of Labor website.
